Here’s what I believe:
Diet culture steals so much from us — presence, joy, creativity, confidence, and connection. But when we heal our relationship with food, we get all of that back. Intuitive eating isn’t just about food — it’s about coming home to yourself.
If you’re thinking, “Could this really help my people?” — I’d be happy to chat more.
Let’s make space for a new way of thinking about food — one rooted in freedom, not fear.

Yes. Many of my clients come to me feeling like they have no willpower around food. What I help them see is that binge eating and emotional eating are not about a personal flaw — they’re a response to restriction and stress. In our work together, we break that cycle so eating feels calm, satisfying, and guilt-free.
Nighttime binge eating is one of the most common struggles I see. Often, it happens because of under-eating during the day — whether from skipping meals, calorie counting, or following food rules. By nighttime, your body is desperate for fuel. We’ll work together to uncover what triggers your nighttime binges and I’ll support you in taking the next steps to breaking this frustrating pattern.
When your body doesn’t trust that food will always be available (because of years of dieting or food restriction), it can push you to eat past fullness. This isn’t “lack of discipline” — it’s survival. Healing means rebuilding body trust so that food becomes just food again, not something you feel you have to “get in while you can.”
👉 This is exactly the work I do with my clients inside coaching sessions.
Food is inherently emotional and turning to it in hard moments is normal. The problem only comes when food feels like your only coping strategy. In our work, we both normalize emotional eating and expand your coping toolbox so food becomes just one option among many. That way, you can enjoy food and have other ways to manage emotions without guilt.
Yes. Many people describe feeling “addicted” to sugar, but research shows it’s not true addiction — it’s often the result of restriction. The more you try to cut out sugar, the stronger the cravings become. When we remove the “forbidden fruit” mindset, sweets lose their power. My clients are often shocked at how much calmer they feel around desserts once we do intentional habituation work.
Absolutely. Most of my clients are chronic dieters who have tried every plan, cleanse, and program out there — only to end up back at square one. Diets are designed to fail (research shows about 95% of intentional weight loss attempts lead to regaining the weight). Intuitive eating gives you a sustainable, compassionate alternative so you can finally feel at peace with food and your body.
Food obsession is usually a side effect of restriction and chronic dieting. When you’re not eating enough or when foods are off-limits, your brain gets stuck in a food-obsessed loop. By learning how to give yourself unconditional permission to eat, the mental chatter starts to quiet down. My clients often say this is one of the biggest gifts of intuitive eating — getting their precious brain space back.
Yes — because food and body image are deeply connected. Many people binge or restrict as a response to body dissatisfaction. Together, we not only heal your relationship with food but also work on processing body grief, building respect, acceptance, and even compassion toward your body. This piece is often what helps clients finally break free from the cycle for good.
The “munchies” are real — cannabis can increase your appetite and make food taste even better. But if you find yourself consistently overeating when you’re high, it’s usually not just about the weed. Most often, the struggle comes from an internalized diet mindset or moralized view of food.
When you go into it having restricted certain foods or judged yourself for eating, smoking can make those cravings feel even more intense — which leads to overeating and guilt afterward. In our work together, we build body trust and food freedom so that even if you choose to use cannabis, you can enjoy food in a calm, satisfying way without spiraling into “I lost control again.”
You don’t have to figure it out alone. Intuitive eating can feel overwhelming at first — especially if you’ve spent years dieting or following food rules. A great starting point is learning to reconnect with your body’s hunger and fullness cues, while also working on letting go of food guilt.
That’s exactly what I help clients with. Whether through 1:1 coaching, my self-paced course The Return, or counseling through insurance, I guide beginners step-by-step so you don’t feel lost in the process. Think of it as having a roadmap for intuitive eating — with support, encouragement, and practical tools to make it doable in real life.
