Hi there, I’m Leah, a non-diet dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who helps thinkers and truth-seekers heal their relationship with food and body with a spiritual approach to intuitive eating.
I believe that our bodies are an incredible force of nature, a truth that far too many of us have lost to diet culture.
