🎢 My Story (unfiltered, the whole saga)

Again, this podcast episode is by no means a “must listen” if you’re new to Intuitive eating. However, when I was embarking on my own IE journey, hearing from others who left diet culture and healed from disordered eating was deeply impactful. So, if you’re anything like me and you find power in hearing other’s stories, then you might enjoy this rambley episode of me sharing mine. (72 mins)
